Privacy • Preview notice
Privacy, with clarity.
This notice describes the current preview. It is a draft awaiting legal review, not the final privacy policy for a live streaming or commerce service.
1. Who runs this service
LiveStreamers operates this site and is the controller of your information. LiveStreamers runs on the Favist platform: Favist Inc. hosts and operates the software as LiveStreamers's service provider (processor) and handles your information only on LiveStreamers's instructions. LiveStreamers's data is kept in its own database, separate from other services on the platform.
2. Accounts
Creating an account stores your email address and a profile (handle, display name and an optional photo). Signing in with Google, Twitch or Discord shares the identity details those providers send for sign-in. Sign-in sessions use your browser's storage to keep you signed in.
3. Theme preference
Your light or dark choice is saved in this browser's local storage. It is not part of your account and does not sync to other devices.
4. Channels, listings and applications
Your channel name, handle and bio, and the streams you publish (title, description, provider link, category, tags and creator-reported status and viewers) are public. Private session links are stored separately and readable only by you. Early-access applications store your name, email, optional channel link, category, audience and goals, readable only by LiveStreamers's administrators, to review your application and contact you about early access. No mailing list is created.
5. Chat and room presence
Public room chat stores your account identifier, display name, message, stream and time. Other visitors can read public messages; please do not post confidential information. Authors and hosts can delete messages, and hosts can pause a member in their room. The "watching here" count uses a temporary random key per browser tab, never your email or profile.
6. Reservations
Session times are public. A reservation stores your account identifier, the name you give, the time, a reference and its status. Only you and the host can see who reserved. No payment details or clinical information are collected, and a reservation is not a confidential clinical environment.
7. External players and imports
Video players from YouTube, Vimeo or Twitch load only after you choose to watch, and the provider then receives technical request information under its own policy. Importing a link asks fixed provider metadata services about that link; nothing else is fetched.
8. Ages, security and your rights
LiveStreamers is for adults 18 and over. Access controls protect your private links and account changes, but no service can promise absolute security. Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete or move your information. The final notice will name a verified privacy contact, retention periods, international transfer safeguards and the request process before the live service opens.
Before launch
This notice requires legal review before the live service opens. See also the Terms for current preview limitations.
