1. Preview availability

Creator accounts, channels, published stream listings, supported external playback, public room chat and bookable private sessions are available. Native broadcasting, creator stores, paid access and checkout are not enabled. Features described on this site are planned and may change before launch. You must be 18 or older to use LiveStreamers.

2. Planned creator pricing

A free channel is planned. Premium is planned at $49/month for advanced branding, a custom domain and applications for featured placement. Featured placement is a promotional opportunity, not a guarantee of views or earnings.

The proposed fee is 4.9% on eligible channel transactions, inclusive of standard platform payment processing. Covered methods, currencies, refunds, chargebacks and special-risk categories remain subject to approval and will be published before payments open.

3. Planned Stream Rooms subscriptions

Stream Rooms are sold separately, one membership per room, each with its own monthly, yearly and lifetime price in USD as shown on the membership page. Prices shown in this preview are illustrative. A room membership covers only that room's published catalog. Renewal, taxes, cancellation timing and continued access after cancellation will be disclosed and accepted before checkout.

4. Content and conduct

Creators must have permission to broadcast or sell their content and respect third-party platform terms. Harassment, fraud, unlawful content and infringement are not acceptable. Chat in public rooms is public; do not post private, financial or medical information. Hosts can remove messages and pause members in their rooms. Advertisements, sponsorships and paid promotion must be identified.

5. Financial-content warning

Trading and financial streams are for informational and educational purposes, not personalized investment advice. Trading involves risk, including loss of capital. No creator, stream or platform feature guarantees investment performance or earnings.

6. Private sessions

Creators can publish session times and signed-in members can reserve and cancel them. A reservation does not collect payment, unlock private playback or guarantee delivery of a professional service; confirm arrangements with the creator. A category label does not verify professional credentials or licensing. Information from creators is not a substitute for qualified medical, legal, financial or other professional advice.

7. Third-party media and audience figures

External providers control their own players, copyrights, content rules and privacy practices. Stream status and audience figures are creator-reported; the room counter measures connected browser sessions here, not unique people or the provider's total audience.

8. The platform

LiveStreamers runs on the Favist platform, operated by Favist Inc. as LiveStreamers's service provider. Your agreement is with LiveStreamers.

9. Final legal agreement

The legal operator, verified contact details, governing law, dispute process and liability provisions require approval before launch. Read the Privacy Notice for how information is handled during the preview.
